What Grows at The Farm
Please note: produce items are seasonal and availability changes often.
Tomatoes
Tomatoes are our top producer. We grow a variety of Heirloom seeds, including Beefsteak, San Marzano, Cherry, Grape, and Plum ranging in colors from red, orange, yellow, indigo and green.
In season: July-September
Peppers
We grow a wide variety of sweet and hot peppers. Typically we carry sweet bell and sweet frying peppers, and a variety of hot peppers - Jalapeno, Habanero, Shishito and Poblano.
In season: late July-October
Squash
In early summer Zuchinni and Yellow squash are the first items to hit the farm stand. Various winter squash are also grown later in the season, typically Delicata and Butternut.
In season: Early-Late summer pending variety
Other
We have other items on a rotating basis. A variety of greens are grown - mixed lettuce and spinach in early summer, kale and swiss chard in mid-late summer. In early-mid summer you can also find cucumbers, cucamelons, and strawberries.
Herbs & Flowers
Fresh cut herbs and flowers are typically available all summer. Flowers are grown to attract beneficial insects and honeybees, but are also available for cut arrangements.
